Shipping policy

Orders are shipped on Saturday, Monday, and Wednesday of every week at 11 p.m., except for Friday and Saturday.

• Delivery inside Cairo takes 2-7 working days
• Delivery outside Cairo takes 3-10 working days

 

Notes :
Working days are from Sunday to Thursday and do not include Fridays, Saturdays, or any official or weekly holidays.
The working hours of the customer service team that responds to (Instagram - Facebook - Email - WhatsApp) daily from 11 am to 11 pm from Sunday to Thursday.

Delta Governments : 85 EGP

Upper Egypt Governments : 95 EGP

Red Sea , South Sinai ,North Coast: 150 EGP
